Brewed using a special yeast that doesn’t ferment malt sugars, ü.NN retains the full-bodied hop character of a classic IPA while keeping the alcohol content at just 0.5% ABV. Pouring a clear golden hue with a delicate white head, it bursts with aromas of mango, pineapple, lime, and grapefruit, balanced by floral and citrusy hop notes from Mosaic and Simcoe hops.
On the palate, expect a refreshing, moderately bitter experience with vibrant tropical fruit flavours and a crisp, clean finish. With 45 IBU, it holds its own against full-strength IPAs, making it a perfect choice for hop lovers seeking a mindful alternative.
