Formerly known as Coconut Grove, this super-fruity, non-bitter, tropically inspired pale ale bursts with flavours of pineapple, coconut, and a hint of pink grapefruit. It’s smooth, refreshing, and totally laid-back—just like a stroll down Ocean Drive.

Brewed with barley, wheat, and oat malts, and aromatic hops, Miami Grove delivers a hazy golden pour and a soft, juicy mouthfeel. With just 0.5% ABV and 20 IBU, it’s the perfect choice for flavour seekers who want to keep things light.

The drink is free from any animal products or derivatives. In addition the bottle, label and glue is also free from animal products.

Isotonic means the drink has between 4g and 8g of carbohydrates and contains key minerals and vitamins that your body loses through exercise. The concentration of salts is so similar to your blood that it is the most efficient form of energy.

Low Sugar

As defined by governmental guidelines on sugar the drink must contain less than 2.5g of sugar per 100mls. Products with a higher sugar content cause a spike in insulin and we react by storing more carbs as fat. You may also notice that although lower in sugar there is some carbs, this is usually more complex forms of sugar such as starches and fibre and the body uses these for energy.
