To create ISH London Botanical Spirit, they source sun-dried juniper berries from Southern Europe, coriander seeds mainly from Provence, France, peppercorn, bitter orange and a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we love. All come together to create the familiar experience without the alcohol.

This London Botanical Spirit is made by carefully distilling, steaming and extracting our botanicals to re-create the familiar flavors of a classic gin. To add the warming sensation we know and love from alcohol, we extract the heat molecules from the shells of chili seeds.

Please note that GinISH can be a bit cloudy which is simply the texture from the botanicals. So, in this case, the cloudier the better.

Gluten Free

Gluten is a protein compound found most commonly in the grains wheat, barley, rye and oats. Wheat and barley are often key ingredients in producing drinks such as beer and in sealing wine casks. Gluten free drinks avoid using such products. To label as gluten free the product must have below 20 parts per million of gluten, which is barley a trace!

Vegan

The drink is free from any animal products or derivatives. In addition the bottle, label and glue is also free from animal products.

Low Sugar

As defined by governmental guidelines on sugar the drink must contain less than 2.5g of sugar per 100mls. Products with a higher sugar content cause a spike in insulin and we react by storing more carbs as fat. You may also notice that although lower in sugar there is some carbs, this is usually more complex forms of sugar such as starches and fibre and the body uses these for energy.
