We tend to think of wine as a stand-alone drink that speaks for itself, but the dancing flavours are far too special and twinkly to be left on the sidelines when it comes to cocktail making. Just ask Mulled Wine, or Bucks Fizz. Yes, we know that bucks fizz is made using champagne, but switch it with a sweet sparkling alcohol-free wine and you’ve proven our point.
So whip out the white, rush for the red and retrieve the rosé, as you put together these inviting vino mocktail recipes from Wise Bartender.
White Wine Spritzer
Let’s be honest, the weather has been exceedingly hot this summer. And when it’s hot, we tend to crave a crisp, refreshing cocktail over something a bit richer. Which is why we’re recommending the ever refreshing white wine spritzer to top your wine mocktail agenda.
This delightful dance of dry, sour flavours is perfect on a quiet friday night in your garden, served as an accompaniment to a dinner party, or even at a posh bbq.
Tip top tipple advice: Serve this cocktail as cold as you can to make it to reap the full flavour benefits. You could even try leaving both the wine and club soda in the freezer for 30 minutes to achieve this.

Ingredients:
-
3 parts Oddbird Domaine de la Prade Chardonnay Organic Alcohol Free White Wine
-
1 part club soda
- 1 lemon
Recipe:
- Pour your AF white wine into a wine glass
- Top with club soda
- Garnish with a twist of lemon rind (or slice of lime if you’d prefer)
Mimosa
A mimosa is one of the easiest cocktails to throw together and is made solely of 2 ingredients: champagne and orange juice. Despite its simplicity, it remains a proper people pleaser.
If you want to treat your guests to the best of the best, or give yourself a glimpse into a life where you drink fruity concoctions along the Seine, spend two minutes whipping up this little gem of a beverage.

Ingredients:
- Wild Life Botanicals Nude Alcohol Free Sparkling Wine

Frosé
If you ask your friends what they picture themself drinking in a rooftop swimming pool during summertime, they probably wouldn’t say a Frosé, but they will when you serve them this grown-up slushie.
It’s fruity, it’s flavourful, it’s fiercely fresh. It’s a Frosé.
