Do you feel like you can’t enjoy your favourite cocktails from home? Do you desperately search for ways to substitute the alcohol for something that tastes just as good?
Wise Bartender has just the thing for you.
Many mocktail recipes forego the alcohol flavour to give the cleanest, sweetest mocktail available but when there are so many alcohol-free alternatives out there, we think this is a grand shame. We believe that cocktails can still be appreciated in their full capacity with quick and efficient spirit swaps.
Whether you’re a budding cocktail aficionado, or are looking for a few one-off classic mocktail recipes to serve at a dinner party, give these classic mocktails a go:
Tequila Sunrise
A surprisingly simple mocktail that will leave your guests amazed at your bartending skills, the Tequila Sunrise is a classic summer drink that will bring sunshine to anyone’s day.
Many mocktail recipes will suggest you remove the tequila from a Tequila Sunrise to create a ‘Sweet Sunrise’, but we beg to differ. Half of the glory in a tequila sunrise is the smooth, sexy punch that is so distinctive to the Mexican spirit, so why take it out completely?
We have cleanly swapped the booze for CleanCo Clean T Tequila Alternative Alcohol Free Spirit, to keep you in the mood to sing *that* tequila song, all night long.

Ingredients:
-
2 parts orange juice
-
1 part CleanCo Clean T Tequila Alternative Alcohol Free Spirit
-
½ ounce grenadine
-
Orange slices
- Cocktail cherry
Recipe:
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add the tequila and then orange juice to the glass
- Gently pour the grenadine into the drink - this should settle at the bottom of the glass, creating the statement ‘sunrise’ effect
- Garnish with orange slices and a cocktail cherry
Voila!
