Marvellous Mai Tai

Sip the night away with our twist on a classic Mai Tai; a tart, punchy drink that is super easy to make vegan. All you need are a few vegan alcohol-free rum alternatives and orange sec and you’re good to go.

Delightfully enhanced using two different types of rum, you’ll feel like you’re lounging in the Caribbean when you whip up these beachy beauties.

Tip top tipple advice: If you feel like spicing up your classic Mai Tai, switch your golden cane spirit for Dead Man’s Finger Alcohol Free Spiced Rum.

Vegan Irish Coffee

You don’t need to miss out on creamy indulgence when you cut milk out of your diet. In fact, you can have it even better. Irish coffee is the dark, sultry treat that feels decadent to even think about and is so easy to recreate using plant based milks. In fact, some would even say it makes it better.

When you use almond or nut milk, you add an extra layer of flavour to your cheeky coffee. Whether you prefer to enjoy it as an after dinner dessert or wake yourself up on a lazy sunday morning with the alcohol-free drink of dreams, simply choose your vegan milk and have it the way you want it.

  • Plenty of whipped oat/nut milk

  3. Spoon over your whipped cream
  4. Finish by grating vegan chocolate over the top

Virgin Misty Mojito

There’s no better combination than ginger and mint to create an explosion of fresh flavour to your palette.

We’ve shared this twist on a traditional cuban recipe before, but why not resurface it when it’s a spot on vegan mocktail for the coming spring months. But, unlike in our previous recipe, we’ve swapped out honey for maple syrup to give that kick of sweetness.

So why not try the perfect vegan alternative to this fan favourite?

Virgin Misty Mojito

Zesty Lemon Martini

When creating a cocktail agenda for your dinner party, you’re likely to experience the classic cocktail conundrum; will my guests prefer sweet or savoury? We’ve found a sneaky method of working around this dilemma: go sour instead.

Whilst lemon might not be to everyone’s tastes, it marries well with so many stunning vegan dishes. A rich and gooey risotto, cool courgette pasta, an olive and caper salad. Simply serve your Lemon Martinis on the side and watch their minds blow.

Long Island Iced Tea

Never fear, the Vegan Long Island Iced Tea is here! Believe it or not, it’s a surprisingly simple concoction to brew from home. While some cocktail waiters like to make this one look like a spectacle, all you really need is some strong black tea, ginger beer, lemon and garnish.

As you’ll discover, we have chosen peach slices as our star of the show; they’re an iced tea classic for a reason. You will never find a chilled drink more suited to cooling you down on a summer's day in style.

Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • A cup of freshly brewed black tea left to cool - loose leaf works best
  • Plenty of Franklin & Sons Brewed Ginger Beer with Barley and Lemon
  • A dash of apple cider vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • Peach slices

Recipe:

  1. Add the tea, ginger beer, a dash of apple cider vinegar and a squeeze of lemon juice to a jug
  2. Stir well, taste and adjust to your liking
  3. Pour into highball glasses over crushed ice and a few slices of peach
  4. Garnish with plenty of fresh mint
  5. Serve

Tip top tipple advice: We love the taste of Earl Grey or English Breakfast Tea in this refreshing mocktail, but you can experiment with different varieties to find your favourite flavour!
