Within 7 days of purchase if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere from a UK online only retailer (competitors with physical stores are excluded), let us know and we will match it!
Simply drop us an email (hello@wisebartender.co.uk) with your order number a link to the product. Providing the item is in stock we will get back to you within 3 working days (usually quicker) and simply add the difference to your Wise Bartender account 😊

We'll match the prices of in-stock products (excluding delivery charges) offered on identical terms and where we can check the price, stock position and where relevant your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.

We'll match against any other UK online only retailer price including offer-code discounts. We do not match trade prices, prices only available as part of paid for membership/subscription and retailers with physical stores, this is a price match against online only competitors.

We do not match exclusive discounts e.g. staff/ student/ NHS staff blue light.

Our competitor's product must be the same size as ours, within best before date, in stock and ready for delivery.

We will not match clearance or closing down sales.

Once a price match is agreed we will add credit to your Wise Bartender account for the difference.

Price match can be requested for up to 7 days after purchase. Only one claim may be made per purchase, although this single claim can be for multiple products. WE aim to respond to all price match requests within 3 working days.
