- 75ml NINE ELMS No.18
- 10ml cold brewed coffee
- 75ml light tonic
- Fresh sprig of rosemary
- A small squeeze and a large twist of pink grapefruit
Measure the NINE ELMS No.18 and cold brew coffee into an ice filled highball or rocks glass. Give it a gentle stir then squeeze in the grapefruit and drop in the twist. Top with tonic and finish with a rosemary sprig. Approximately 27 calories.

- 15ml orgeat syrup
- Generous dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- 2-3 leaves fresh mint
- Orange peel twist
Add all but the twist to an ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Finish with the orange twist. Approximately 65 calories.
