'INTRIGUINGLY COMPLEX, SURPRISINGLY VERSATILE’

NINE ELMS No.18 has been designed to complement good food - not to emulate wine, but as a satisfying alternative when choosing not to drink alcohol.

Its soft tannins, gentle acidity and progressively unfolding complexity are most enjoyable when accompanied by something delicious to eat. Pairing suggestions: Goat cheese, beef jerky, chargrilled vegetables, roast poultry, lamb curry, roast meats & dark chocolate. Approximately 20 calories per 125ml glass.

NINE ELMS No.18 also works brilliantly as the basis for a range of cocktails. Try it in the form of one of our signature cocktails below, or simply with chilled tonic and an orange twist.

The Olson - Sophisticated and moreish with refreshing bitterness and a gentle caffeine kick.

  • 75ml NINE ELMS No.18
  • 10ml cold brewed coffee
  • 75ml light tonic
  • Fresh sprig of rosemary
  • A small squeeze and a large twist of pink grapefruit

Measure the NINE ELMS No.18 and cold brew coffee into an ice filled highball or rocks glass. Give it a gentle stir then squeeze in the grapefruit and drop in the twist. Top with tonic and finish with a rosemary sprig. Approximately 27 calories.

The Villanelle - Indulgent glamour. Delicious after dinner, after dark or anytime you desire.

  • 90ml NINE ELMS No.18
  • 15ml orgeat syrup
  • Generous dash Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 2-3 leaves fresh mint
  • Orange twist

Add everything but the twist to an ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Finish with an orange peel twist. Approximately 65 calories.
