- 90ml NINE ELMS No.18
- 15ml orgeat syrup
- Generous dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- 2-3 leaves fresh mint
- Orange peel twist
Add the first 4 ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Finish with the twist. Approximately 65 calories.
