This month we have four perfect serves to help you glide through Easter.
As well as some incredible branded goodies from Caleño.
Refrigerate the Square Root Lemonade, Twelve Below Tonic, Double Dutch Ginger Ale, and Highball Mojito so they are perfectly chilled when you come to use them.
All four drinks are 'build' technique which means you pour your ingredients directly into the glass you will be drinking them from.
Dark & Spicy Caleño with ginger
Dark & Spicy Caleño with ginger
50 ml Dark & Spicy
15 ml fresh lime
Double Dutch Ginger Ale
Ice
Glassware - highball or tumbler
Fill your glass with ice.
Pour 50 ml Dark & Spicy
Add a generous squeeze of lime
Top up with Double Dutch Ginger Ale
Serve & enjoy
Two serve suggestions for Wildjac Botanical - which is your favourite?
Pure and Simple
50 ml Wildjac Botanical
150 ml Classic Twelve Below tonic water
Rosemary and lemon slices to serve
Glassware - highball or tumbler
Fill your glass with ice
Pour 50 ml of Wildjac Botanical
Top up with Classic Twelve Below Tonic water
Clap the Rosemary to release the essential oil and place in glass
Garnish with lemon wheel.
Serve and enjoy
B.B.C. Botanical Basil Cucumber
25 ml Wildjac Botanical
100 ml Classic Twelve Below tonic water
3 cucumber slices
3 basil leaves
½ tbsp sugar (or ½ tbsp of simple syrup)
lime juice (to taste)
½ cup crushed ice
Glasswear - tumbler
Roll two basil leaves together, slicing them into smaller pieces
Add sugar (or simple syrup) to glass, along with Wildjac botanical, stirring well until dissolved
Add two cucumber slices and two sliced basil leaves, muddle 5-10 times
Add lime juice to taste
Add ½ cup crushed ice and tonic water.
Garnish with cucumber and a basil leaf
Serve and enjoy

150 ml Square Root Lemonade
Strawberry, orange & cucumber
Mint
Ice
Glasswear - highball
Fill your glass with ice
Pour in 50 ml Anon English Garden
Top up with Square Root Lemonade
Add slices of orange and chopped pieces of cucumber and strawberry
Garnish with mint
Serve and enjoy
Highball Mojito RTD
RTD stands for ready to drink - which means you simply pour, serve and enjoy!
Make sure it's well chilled.
Choose a high-ball glass and either:
Fill with ice
Pour your Mojito
Garnish with plenty of sliced lime and mint leaves
or
Put your sliced limes & mint leaves in the base of the glass and muddle them
Fill with ice
Pour your Mojito
Stir
Garnish with additional lime and mint leaves if you wish.

Tip: As the weather warms up, remember that the more ice you use the longer your drink will stay at the optimum temperature so don't scrimp on ice!!
