8 Bottle Pale Ale Alcohol-Free Beer and Westcombe Cheddar Cheese Gift Pack
We were told before heading over to Westcombe Dairy that Pale Ale beers pair well with their cheddar and so we we took over a boat load! In truth this could have been a huge pack but we selected 4 that really enhance the flavour of the cheese and compliments the beer. All to easy the beer and cheese and cut through each other. This pack has to be one of our favourites...we thought about chucking in some crackers but then thought...why ruin good cheese and beer with a cracker!
Westcombe's flagship cheese, a traditional cloth-bound Cheddar made by hand using unpasteurised milk. It is aged for around 11-18 months to create a smooth, firmly structured texture and a complex yet mellow flavour.
In the pack you get:
- 2 cans of Lervig No Worries Pale Ale
- 2 cans of Beavertown Brewery Lazer Crush Pale Ale
- 2 bottles of Smashed Pale Ale
- 2 bottles of Drop Bear Yuzu Pale Ale
- 250g of Westcombe Cheddar
Please note: These packs includes un-pasteurised cheese and are cut to order. We ship these gift packs out every Tuesday and Thursday only. The cheese will arrive to you with 30 day best before date and should be refrigerated upon receipt.

About Westcombe Dairy
At Westcombe they believe that cheese is only as good as the milk it's made from, and that milk is only as good as the cows that produce it and the land they graze. By focusing on all these details, they aim to make cheese that is not only wholesome and a joy to eat, but which is honest to and redolent of the countryside that produces it.
So whether it's in the deep, nutty complexity of our Cheddar, the grassy, lactic tang of our Caerphilly, or the fresh, dairy richness of our Somerset Ricotta, their cheeses wouldn't be what they are without the unique qualities of the natural Westcombe terroir.
